Our Services
EICR Reports +
We have over 30+ years of experience in testing and inspecting for landlords. We carry out reports on properties of all sizes. We provide a professional Electrical Condition Report to the Landlord within two working days from the time of the report. We will also compile an itemised quotation which relates to the remedial work identified off the report.

Commercial rewires installations +
We specialise in the design, electrical installation and certification across a complete range of commercial premises, which include offices, schools, warehouse, commercial retail outlets and industrial units.
We can offer to install single phase (230v) & three phase (415v) installations which might include complete rewiring of a property or just additional circuits added to an existing system.
Emergency lighting installations +
We are fully NICEIC trained and approved installers of Emergency lighting. We can test and maintain current emergency lighting installations for commercial properties which include, offices, retail outlets, schools, and communal areas in residential blocks/apartments.
Our typical emergency lighting maintenance service involves the following:
An annual 3-hour test
A routine periodic emergency lighting report.
A 1-hour Emergency lighting test at 6 monthly intervals.
To issue, set up and train staff members in how to use an emergency lighting logbook.
Emergency Lighting is essential in the event of a fire or power failure, and enables customers, staff and visitors to find emergency escape routes and exits should the need arise.
Single and three phase fuse board upgrades +
If your commercial premises is fitted with an old fuse board, you should seriously consider upgrading it. As an employer, you are legally responsible for the safety of your employees so why take the risk.
You may be looking to upgrade your existing fuse board to conform to regulations concerning RCD protection or to allow more elements to be added, we recognise the need to keep up to date with the latest technology and aim to 'future proof' your installation - saving you time and money in the long run. We install 18th edition metallic single phase & three phase fuse boards with Type 2 Surge Protection Devices as standard on every installation. We will survey the site to determine what circuits require RCD protection or even added protection such as AFDD protection.
All fuse board upgrades include NICEIC certification which is valid for up to 5 years.
